- Delivery within Senegal (personalized or in-country items): 5–10 business days.
- Delivery for items not available in the country: 12–20 business days.
- Free shipping for orders under 3 kg.
- For orders above 3 kg, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the weight and delivery location.
Express Delivery
Processing time: 1 business day.
- Delivery within Senegal (major cities such as Dakar): 1–3 business days.
- International delivery: typically 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
Additional Information
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
- Any applicable customs or import duties (for international orders) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs, supplier availability, or courier delays.
